Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.

If your order includes items that are stored in our international warehouse, the entire order may be shipped internationally. In this case, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders may take 1-3 business days to process after your order has been placed. Weekends and UK public holidays are not considered business days.

Due to high order volumes, processing times may occasionally take longer than expected. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Christmas Delivery Notice

Due to increased demand during the holiday season, Rovelia cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after 1 December. We recommend ordering as early as possible to help avoid delays.
